Clear Steps, LLC provides adolescent substance use treatment services in a safe, supportive, and confidential outpatient setting.
This is the physical treatment location where Clear Steps provides in-person clinical services to adolescents and their families.
Services Provided at This Location
Clear Steps specializes in substance use treatment for adolescents ages 12–18. Services available at this location include:
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP/ASAM Level 2.1)
Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP/ASAM Level 2.5)
Individual substance use counseling
Group substance use counseling
Family sessions and family involvement in treatment
Substance use assessments and evaluations
Care coordination and recovery support services, as clinically appropriate
Services are provided based on each adolescent's assessed clinical needs and individualized treatment plan.
A Comfortable Setting for Teens and Families
Our facility was designed to provide adolescents with a welcoming, private, and age-appropriate environment for treatment. Our space includes areas for group treatment, individual and family sessions, and confidential meetings with members of the Clear Steps clinical team.
Clear Steps is an outpatient program. Clients do not reside at our facility.
